Not sure what to say?

Once again I send greetings to Betty’s and Jim’s children with happy memories and appreciation for our parents’ friendship.

I can only say ditto to my previous message and I send my greetings to the family. Roseanne (Marcia) McDougall

The guest book may go away but the memories and appreciation linger on. My greetings to the family...

My memories of Betty go back about 65 years and I have thought of her regularly during the last 11 years, because her gracious presence with us in late July of 2000 remains in my memory. I feel fortunate to have my life and the life of my family marked by the friendship of Betty, Jim and the McDowell family. With my best wishes and prayers, Marcia (Sister Roseanne) McDougall SHCJ

My dear Mary,
just want you to know how pleasant my memories are of your great
McCracken family and all the good times with your family and that sweet old and wonderful house at Seaview. and how lucky we all were to grow up together at Washington High. and that includes, of course, the McDowells, Jim, Helen and Larry. I still have pix of all of us at China Beach. much love, Carol

What a lovely and gracious lady Betty was. We will all miss her during the summer afternoons at the beach house visiting on our porches. Our hugs and prayers. The Ketchum family.

It was sad to read of your mother's death, but wonderful to reflect on her full life. It brought back a flood of memories of good times spent at your house many years ago. Betty was a great lady and we will all miss her.

To The Family: Betty and Jim were great mentors and support to Tom and I. We did not get the chance to stay in touch as often as we would have liked after Jim's passing. We know that she had loving and caring support from the family and that she loved in return. We know that you will treasure her memories. What a joy filled person she was, we will all miss her and that beautiful smile.

Malcolm, Tom and family, I am so sorry to hear of the loss of your beloved mother. She was truly the matriarch of your family... and she was blessed to have you all. Bobbi Knight (Portland)
