Not sure what to say?

I always enjoyed being around Betty when we would go for family reunions. I remember her taking me swimming one time when I was little. In high school, she gave me a formal. I was so proud of it! Betty was so much like Aunt Lena with her wonderful personality and way of always making you feel welcome!

Betty was one of my favorite people. Genuine, sweet and caring. I wanted her to live forever... and I guess she will. : )
Wishing much love, peace and a little bit of Betty to all of the family...
Love,
Nancy

Betty was the true portrait of a southern woman...well bred, articulate, and caring. Having been involved in she & Larry's life the past several years has truly been a blessing. My thoughts are with her family and know they will carry on her legacy of care, compassion and love.

Betty was my cousin. My family(parents,George and Retta Smith,) made several trips to Dallas to be with her family and for family reunions. My wife, Mary Kay, and I continued the relationship in recent years. God bless her family. She will be missed.

Celebrating a life well lived. We will cherish the memories forever.

I am one of Betty's TN/AL cousins. I am the daugher of Betty's "Aunt Ernestine". Betty's dad and mother were my much-loved Uncle Bobby and Aunt Lena. I have such precious memories of times spent with my Brewer cousins, especially times at Grandma Brewer's house. I am grieved at Betty's death, and send my love to her family.

Betty and her late husband Staley were life long friends of my family. From our many years connected with Boy Scouts we shared such wonderful times together. In my adult years Betty and I would often ride the DART bus together when we both worked downtown. Our conversations were usually about what special memories we shared together. It is hard to imagine that both she and Staley are gone. I am so sorry to hear of her passing. I am glad we got to share the years of friendship and hope the...

She will be missed by everyone that knew her. Our thoughts and prayers are with her family.

Love,
