Betty was for us the friendly face of Town Hall from the moment we came to Town 30 + years ago. So, it was such a delight to find myself working with her in the Health office during the 70's . . to have the almost daily benefit of her laughter and reliable work. We enjoyed tales of her chidren and eventually travels. She was a bright spot dor everyone.
