To Betty's Family

I am so saddened about Betty. I think about her often, for she was such a nice person. always upbeat, and a smile on her face. I will never forget her and I cherish her friendship. I know she is up in heaven, planning a trip somwhere for boy she was always on the go. I will write often to this guest book.

Jack & Liz

Whether you called her Bette or Liz you must have know her heart. She was only around the Florida home part of the year but we always picked up where we left off. I watched her grandchildren grow, shared long talks and a few adventures.

Jack, I hope you know you are truly a wonderful man. She knew how lucky she was to have you in her life.

Traci & Kelly, thank you for sharing your mother with all of us. It is obvious you both received her strength. Take care of those...

What a wonderful, strong and courageous person Liz was. She will always be remembered and sadly missed.

It amazes me how so many people can be best friends with one woman. She truely was that to me. She has touched so many people on so many levels and I only hope that one day I can be as good a person as she was. I love you Bettey Lou and I miss you so much.

To my dearest Bette: Words can not explain all that you have done for me over the years that I was blessed to know you. You became my best friend, someone I could tell anything to and never be judged. I learned so much from you and that I will take with me always. I have had some of the funnest times in my life with you and will never forget that. I love you and will miss you dearly. This is my way of saying good bye to you since I could not get there. I will see you when the time is right...

Dear Tracie, Kelly, Jack , Honi and family,
Bette was a wonderful person, strong and courageous in how she handled her illness and truly an inspiration to all who knew her.
I was lucky to call her a best friend "back in the day" when we were in drum corp together; the trio: Bette, Chris and Paula!
The travels and adventures we shared were unbeatable thanks to her and I will always treasure those wonderful memories.
We drifted apart after marriage for awhile, but...

To the family of Elizabeth Owens.... I had the pleasure of knowing Elizabeth for a few years and in that short amount of time I knew that there was something special about her. She was one of our most reliable guest service ambassadors year in and year out. I get emotional everytime I think about her passing but I also realize that she is in a better place. I just feel blessed that I had the opportunity meet Liz and she will always hold a place in my heart. If there is ever anything that...

Betty I sure will miss you when I come to the Course for my annual Tournament. Also at PBS where you were an asset to the Company. Your sweet smile and great personality was what attracted everyone to you. Your family will always keep you in mind as you were a very special person. I will miss you.

Our love & condolences to Kelly, Traci and the entire family including Jack...Cuz Betty has been Brian's dearest friend since childhood and I have come to love her like a "cousin" since I met her 23 yrs ago...one of the most compassionate, caring people I've ever known, and a spirit of adventure that made her a fearless world traveler, and always up for a visit, she has added so much to the quality of our lives, and I know yours also...she leaves a big void, we are all better for having known...
