Not sure what to say?

Every day I miss my lovely sister Bet. I´m stunned that she´s gone, and I won´t be able to hear her laugh at her own jokes (she always cracked herself up). Ironically she was the first of us siblings to cross country ski, a sport that consumes my winters in Fairbanks. Every time I ski the Tower Loop at at Birch Hill (our favorite ski trails) there´s a place on the I have a conversation with Bet in which I thank her for bringing skiing to the Pendergrasts, and wish I could share this place...

Bet was my good friend throughout grade school. The Pendergrasts were an important presence in our lives. I remember Bet as genuine, funny, unaffected, a good friend to me during those formative years when friends are important and influential. I think about her often. Love to all the Pendergrasts, Faith Yang

I am so, so sorry to hear that Bet passed away. She was a lovely woman. I know your family is feeling her loss greatly. Hold on tight to each other. You are all in my prayers.

Bet brought joy to all who knew her. Here she led Callie in a hula dance celebrating being near the ocean and the day's harvest. We'll miss much about having Bet in our lives, and certainly her humor and great laugh.

All so very true. I´ll always remember our old Camp Mikell days, especially when I got to sit next to Bet the night they showed the old Lucille Ball movie, The Long, Long Trailer. So many wonderful memories.

I miss you every day and I´m not sure what to do without my sister Bet! I visualize you surrounded with love and happiness and know Dad is telling you a story. (You only have to pretend to listen!) I love you, Bet.

Beau just called me with the sad news. Bet was a dear friend to me at Lakeside, and I remember her smile and laughter most of all. She seemed to have a giggle when she talked and was a shining light of happiness. My prayers go out to all of you; she was so special and unique!

Miss these two!
