Elizabeth Jane "Liz" Plotkin

I knew Liz in the early 1970s when she visited her cousin Julie Shapiro in our Southwest Washington DC neighborhood. Last saw her at the 1972 Iowa-Wisconsin football game. A very kind soul, and I'm very sorry we lost touch. But I'm glad to read of her life well lived. Condolences to Liz's daughter and other family.

Natali, I was sorry to hear of her passing. I last saw Liz about 2001, and had emailed a couple of times. I and Evelyn used to work with her at Portland State University. She was a very good-natured person. Please accept our late condolences. Carlos and Evelyn

I just learned of Liz's death. I extend my condolences to all her family and friends. I always appreciated Liz's warmth and caring. Such sad news.

I cannot imagine your sorrow, Natali. Your mom was such a kind person and I was always happy to see you both -- she was one of the first volunteers that I met when I joined PHFS. Liz was so kind and welcoming, and so, so proud of you; I could hear the love in her voice when she mentioned you. I know that you will take comfort in your friends and family during the hard days and the good. Hugs to you <3

Natali, I´m so sorry to hear of your mothers passing. Having a parent pass away is very difficult. I´m not sure if you remember me but I was your neighbor for a few years when you were younger. I actually taught you how to ride a bike up at a school. You were also the reason I used to put up Christmas lights on the house and yard. Please let me know if I can help with anything. Your mom was always kind to me and a good neighbor.
