I too am honored to have known Mrs. post, I was her hairdresser in the Fl. Keys for many years and have thought of her often and fondly.
I cherish the time spent with her, what a great sense of humor, and I think of her each time I look at the watercolors she gave me.

I am so sorry to hear of your Mom's death a few weeks ago. It appeared in the Palm Beach Post which I happened to read that day.
I live a half of a mile from Susie Canada and she had told me that she had not been well. Having lost my mother 10 years ago, I know how hard it is.. even if it is expected.
I remember playing over at Susie's in Louden Woods and we always seemed to end up at your pool. Your Mom was always so wonderful bringing us...

I grew up reading her column in my mom's Good Housekeeping magazines, and I honestly think she taught me everything I know about manners! She was a wonderful voice of reason.

To her family, may your memories of good times comfort you.

I hope her legacy lives on to future generations.
