She she had a way of inspiring each student to do their best, while still enjoying the activity! Within her lessons, she helped instill responsibility, respect, honesty, and perseverance! Mrs. Slaveski was my inspiration for pursuing a teaching career! She always encouraged me to learn and grow through my athletic experiences and life! I remember taking her to lunch when I moved back to the East coast. I let her know how much she meant to me and i will forever cherish her determination, kindness and wisdom! Rest in Peace Badbetty! You touched many lives, especially mine!

I remember her well during my middle school years at Mill Road from 1974 to 1977. She was my favorite gym teacher during my time there.
