Not sure what to say?

Rest In Peace Betty. You were a great neighbor. I´m going to miss you. I will remember of you fondly whenever I lookout my window, I´ll think of you. Love you Mitzie

I am so sorry for the family's loss. It's been decades since Lisa and I have seen each other; although I never had Mrs. Sleeter as a teacher I knew her through her daughter. Lisa and I both went to Europe in the summer of 1978, Lisa to Russia on a study tour and me to Western Europe; we were so sophisticated! We had several classes while at NMSU and friend to several concerts together, including Pat Benatar. What a lovely woman, and thank you for sharing her story in her obituary. Please...

Our condolences on the loss of your mother, mother in law, and grandmother. May her memory be for a blessing. Jamie Corwin-Martinez, John Martinez and Shane Corwin

I loved having Mrs. Sleeter as my Creative Writing teacher at Eldorado High School. For a year, she had me write daily in a journal. At the end of the semester, Mrs. Sleeter not only read all of what we believed to be our "profound" thoughts, she shared educational tips and compassionate suggestions about life. I still have that black and white comp book and will go look at her advice again tonight. My condolences Ricky and family. May you know we all remember her. -Barbie

What a beautifully written obituary that really speaks to her gifts, her warm personality and her many talents which she shared so wonderfully. Our love & thoughts to all of you. Mike Matejka (Kari Sandhaas spouse)
