I went to high school with Beth, and I remember her fondly as being very intelligent, funny, and kind. That was a very touching obituary, and I am so very sorry for this great loss to your family.

Many of us remember our favorite teachers. I was Beth's 7th grade social studies teacher and I remember Beth as being one of my favorite students. Her smile, zest for life and her kindness to others were qualities that made her one of my favorite students. It does not surprise me that she continued to make a positive impact on the people she associated with as an adult. I have found that kindness does not go away. Obviously Beth was an example. To her family I offer my heartfelt condolences....

This photo captures Elizabeth's spirit, her intelligence, beauty and also her determination. She adored her nephews so much that they each thought they were her favorite. She lit up every room she entered and touched everyone she met. She always wanted to know how I was doing, not wanting to talk about herself. Most of what I know about Elizabeth came from her mother, Sue Burry, and Sue was so proud of her. I miss Sue often and hope they are making a big Christmas feast and sharing stories...
