Elizabeth M. Tate

TATE, Elizabeth M., 82, of Richmond, went to be with the Lord on June 27, 2009. She is survived by two daughters, Trisha Kalopodes and Sandra Barter and her husband, Donn; four grand-children, Dawn Ellyson, Kimberly Grant and husband, Matthew, Jason Barter and wife, Jennifer, and Angela Upton and husband, Heath; and several nephews. Mrs. Tate retired from Lawyer's Title Insurance Company and was a member of AREME Chapter No. 17 Order of The Eastern Star. She enjoyed playing Bingo at her residence at Spring Arbor Assisted Living. The family requests casual attire, lavender if possible, as this was Mrs. Tate's favorite color. A service will be held 1 p.m. Monday at Greenwood Memorial Gardens Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to Spring Arbor Activities Fund, 9991 Ridgefield Pkwy., Richmond, Va. 23233.
