Dear Taylor & Sheehan Famlies,
I was so sad to hear of Miss Sheehan's passing. She was my Teacher when I attended Van Sickle Jr High in the Seventh grade. I remember at the end of school that year she invited us to her families home on Springfield Street for a picnic, we had a great time. I will always remember her. God Bless

I was so sorry to hear of Betsi's passing. I went to the funeral palor last evening but was not able to bring myself to speak to anyone in her family. I was in Betsi's 1st class in Van Sickle Jr. High. She was the very best teacher I ever had. Through the years I have thought about her often and I wanted to let her family know what an impression she made on me. She was the teacher and was a very genuine person. She treated her students with great respect and encouraged us to respect...

I am so sorry to learn of Betsi's passing. As a young woman starting my career many years ago, Betsi was an inspiration...a larger than life figure. She was her own person and expressed her ideas so freely. She provided so much support to me as a Board member of the YWCA. What a model! Thank you, Betsi.

To the Taylor Family-
My thoughts and prayers go out to your family. I had the pleasure of working with Betsi when she was the President of the Advertising Club of Western Mass.
She was a very special and vibrant woman and was very well respected.
Hold on tight to all your memories.
