Elizabeth C. Vanderschans

I am employed as an activity aide at Brakeley Park Center, where Betty was a resident. Betty was one of the first residents I got to know when I started my job in 2013. I loved her spirit and her sense of humor. She enlivened any group and I always enjoyed talking with her. When we had music activities, Betty always knew all the words to every song. She sang beautifully, always on pitch, and she was able to hit all the high notes! It was an honor and a privilege to know her.
