We have been close friends since we moved to the Strand 20 years ago and we shall greatly miss Betty. It is particularly difficult that her passing was so sudden. We just hope Roger and family will take comfort in knowing that Betty, from our early friendship, impressed us in conveying how much she loved her children and how proud she was of them. She always conveyed that her love for Roger and children, was the most important thing in the world.
