Not sure what to say?

May all the memories of Betsy's wonderful life bring you all much comfort and peace.
With much love always, Mary

You were a very loved lady!

I am very sad to learn of Besty's passing. She, Ted and Beth were so welcoming and helpful to me during my career in the Portland Fire Department and I loved spending time with them on GDI. I have missed them all since my retirement and will always have a special place in my heart for them. Betsy was amazing, witty and insightful.

I have a book entitled "Healing after Loss" and on the date of May 24th when Betsy was born it states " in the midst of absence, a presence is made known". She was always a very welcomed, strong and resilient presence but I believe that in her absence we will realize even more the full measure of her presence. Ted, Beth & family, may you always feel her still very much with you all! Sending you my sincerest sympathy ...

Dear Ted and family , we were so sorry to hear about Besty passing.
Are deepest sympathies .

Betsy is a lady that lived life to the fullest. She was an amazing wife and mother to her entire family. God blessed her with countless talents and she shared those gifts with the many people she met along the way. She lived her Christian faith by an example of caring for others. I am sure her soul and spirit are with our Heavenly Father. What an amazing life journey and an example of caring for her fellow man.

An angel can illuminate the thought and mind of man by strengthening the power of vision. ~St Thomas Aquinas

Aunt Betsy was a true angel who enlightened all of us with her genuine heart and natural ability to teach and share knowledge. She will be deeply missed but the love for her will last forever.

Our first trip to the States and one of the first persons we met was Betsy, along with Ted and Beth. How lucky were we? No one could have been luckier! We had only met the brash American tourist before but after meeting Betsy we were in love with Americans and America. The Webers showed us such generosity, kindness and love that we went back several times over the past 18 years. We are so saddened by the loss of one of God's great lady's and we are so much better persons for having known...

Ted Jr. Your Mom was obviously a great, great lady. May your fond memories of her help you, your Dad, and your family through this. Sarge and jane Legard
