Not sure what to say?

Kevin & family,
our deepest sympathy,
Tom & Mary Ann Novak

I was a 3rd shift STNA at The Altenheim. Betty was my special lady, I made sure to give her a little extra love every morning. When I left, it broke my heart that I had to leave her behind..and now she's gained her wings, and my hearts breaking a little bit more. But I can say this, she was an amazing woman, and I loved her dearly. May she rest peacefully, and watch over us all. All my love Betty, I miss you.

May the God of comfort, comfort the family during this stressful time./r

I'm very sorry to hear about Betty's passing. I know she had dealt with a variety of conditions for many years. It was very moving to see the love and care she and Ken would provide for each other, even when they both were often not feeling well. Her hospitality, kindness, and humor will always be remembered. May her family heal well and soon. I know her love will always be with you.

You guys are in our thoughts and prayers. She will be missed by many. Uncle Kenny has his traveling companion by his side again. Love you, Ben and Heather Centifanti and family.

The Moore Family of Berea (G.L., Ed, Cindie, Rob, and M.L.) feel privileged to have known Betty/Mrs. Whelan for 52 years. She was a wonderful neighbor; a close friend of G.L.'s and fellow member of the faculty women's bridge club of Baldwin-Wallace (BW) Univ.; and her late husband Ken was a colleague of Ed's at BW. The Moore and Whelan children played together for years. We have fond memories and are very thankful for her friendship.
