I met Liz through our mutual friend June Roby-Bloom, at one of our early local Weekenders (clothing line) events. I was delighted when Liz became a Fashion Coordinator - we knew she'd be a fabulous addition to June's unit. Liz has always held a special place in my heart. I have known her not only while a student at YCHS but as a young newly wed to a fellow teacher. Liz and I chaperoned many high school dances over the years, plus many class trips to Disneyland. Liz was someone I looked up to for advise and wisdom. Liz always attended our class reunions so we adopted her as an honorary member of the class of 1972. Our reunions will not be the same without her beautiful presence.
