Elizabeth D. Smith Young

Elizabeth D. Smith Young, 98, of Arlington Va., passed away on December 13, 2008. She was a devoted wife of the late Archie Young, Jr.; beloved mother of Robert C. (Barbara) and Keith F. (Janice) Young, Ann (Thomas) Craddock, Ellen Horton, Janice (Dennis) Dickens and the late Timothy Young. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, many greatgrandchildren, great-greatgrandchildren and other relatives and friends. Friends may visit with the family Tuesday, December 16, 2008 from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. at Arlington Funeral Home, 3901 N. Fairfax Dr. Arlington, Va., 22203. Funeral service will be held Wednesday, December 17, 2008 at noon at Mt. Olivet United Methodist Church, 1500 N. Glebe Road Arlington, Va., 22207. Interment to follow at National Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to Mt. Olivet United Methodist Church or a charity of your choice.
