Ella Mae Harrison

1926 - 2023

HARRISON, Ella Mae, (age 97), went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, August 4, 2023. She is in her eternal home with all her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband Junior Harrison, son Harry Harrison, grandson Harry Harrison, Jr., grandson Bobby Harrison, Jr., and son-in-law David Lloyd. She is survived by her brother McKinley Dowdy, sisters, Becky Morris and Dora Jean Snider, daughter Betty Lloyd, son Bobby Harrison (Deanie), granddaughters Vickie Harrison and Jenny Harrison, grandson Kevin Harrison (MaryJane), granddaughter Shelley Crotty (Kendrick), granddaughter-in-law Kim Harrison and great-granddaughters Katie, Kelsie and Haley and her special and loving friend of 60 years Judy Sipes. We acknowledge her family and friends at Woody Funeral Home-Atlee Chapel, Mechanicsville, VA on Monday, August 14 from 6 to 8 p.m. and where a Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, August 15 at 10 a.m. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to New Life Baptist Church, 6229 Osborne Turnpike, Varina, VA 23231.
