Ella Scoggins, 81, of Waco, passed away Thursday, May 25, 2006, at her residence. Services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 31, at Waco Memorial Funeral Home with the Rev. Joseph Shiloh officiating. Interment will be at McGregor Cemetery.
