Ella Rose Sirjord

One of my favorite stories from my job was about her and one of her medications. January 1st (2015) her insurance plan changed its formulary and they wanted her to change brands on a medication she had been taking for about 15 years. She called them up and they told her that "All I (the office) had to do is call" and she could get the medication she's been on.
