Not sure what to say?

My condolences go out the family. If it were not for this awesome lady, I do not know where I would be. But thanks to this awesome lady, I went on to obtain my Masters Degree in Healthcare Administration. Ella is now safe in the arms of God!

Mr. Thurman, my deepest sympathy is extended to you and your family in this great loss. God Bless You

Ms. Ella Thurman, what can I say, about a great lady, she was such a beautiful person, as well as a good friend, I remember when I first came to U.H. and I had to go see her, if I didn't listen to her, I would not be here and going into my 31st year, she told me to hang in there, and everything would take care of itself, and it did. Thanks Again, God has truly added an Angel to his Family. As for Ella's family, hold your head high, and rejoice, she is in a better place, and we will see her...

My deepest sympathies to all of Ellas's family, friends, and other loved ones. Ella was one of the smartest, most determined, tenacious people I knew at UHC. Committed to fairness and what was right, she was an incredible advocate to have on your side! The Supreme Court would have had a great judge...we are lucky she chose to bless University Hospitals and its employees for so many years instead :) Always with a smile and that knowing look...I'll bet she's in heaven now looking for folks...

To bra and family God bless you all from Jean Brown Johnson.

Mrs Thurman was a remarkable Lady. She reached out and helped numerous employees here at UH. She was truly a Pioneer in what was right and even when your were wrong, she turned you around! There will never be anyone to replace her!

My thoughts and prayers go out to her family. She will be truly missed

My condolences to the family of Ms. Thurman. It was Ella who got me involved in the Peer Resolution Process at UH. She was a great role model.
