Not sure what to say?

Ellen,
Thank you so very much for serving your Country, and your community. You contributed so much to make this world a better place. Everyone who knew you, knew this. Sadly, for all of the days you greeted me with a smile, I never told you in person how appreciated you are. I will always remember your wonderful smile! Thank you.

I am so very sorry to hear of your loss. Words cannot express how shocked I was when a co-worker told me about Ellen. I had the pleasure of getting to know her at the Reuss Building and the Gas Light Building. Her smile was contagious. She loved sharing from her garden (as we loved receiving). I remember vividly the last time I saw her. As I walked into the Waukesha Social Security Office a voice from behind me asked where I was going to so fast. I turned around and saw her big smile. ...

I served with Ellen in Desert Storm, she was in another platoon. She was a very funny lady and had a gentle smile. Many nights all of us females in our company would talk into the early hours. She was very kind to all who knew her and quick to help anyone who requested it. Heaven is richer to have her and we all have lost a good friend, co-worker, and soldier. I miss you Ellen and my deepest sympathies to her family.

Alstad Family,

You have our deepest sympathy for the loss of Ellen. She was a joy to see everyday when she was assigned to the Federal Courthouse in Milwaukee. As a father who tragically lost his 24 year old son just 18 months ago my heart goes out to you.

Sincerely,
Bill Kruziki
United States Marshal

To the family and friends of Ellen,
I am so sorry to hear of your loss.
I worked with Ellen at the Federal
Courthouse and she posed for a Health Fair brochure. We shared
travel ideas when she went to Lithuania. She will be missed by
all who knew her.

Ellen, I was so blessed to know you. Your caring smile and warm heart are what I will surely miss. It is so difficult to go into work and know that when I look at "your desk" (as it always will be in my mind since no one can replace you), you will never be there again. I hope you are at peace my friend. And I want to say thank you for the white rasberries you shared with me from your yard. I never knew white rasberries existed until I met you. Now everytime I see a white rasberry, I will...

So Very Sorry For Your Huge Loss. We Pray The Love For Your Ellen Finds You The Peace Strength & Courage To Move Forward.
Our Love & Prayers Are With You All

To the family and friends of Ellen, our deepest condolence for your loss. We have lost a wonderful neighbor and friend. So one last time, from our front porch to your yard: "Good bye Ellen!".

Our deepest sympathy to the entire Alstad Family. We will surely miss Ellen. Her smile could light up any room and her warm personality will never be forgotten. May her family find comfort in the fact that Ellen is at peace.
