Ellen J. Alvari

Ellen J. Alvari, 84, of Ashtabula, Ohio, a member of Bethany Lutheran Church since 1947, died in the Hospice Unit at Ashtabula County Medical Center on the morning of Sunday, September 17, 2000. Visitation is scheduled for Wednesday, September 20, 2000, 10 a.m. until time of funeral services at 11 a.m., at Fleming Funeral Home, 49 West Jefferson Street, Jefferson, Ohio. Services will be officiated by the Rev. David Hofer of Bethany Lutheran Church. Burial will be at Edgewood Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Ashtabula County, 2420 Lake Avenue, Ashtabula, OH 44004 or Bethany Lutheran Church Memorial Fund, 933 Michigan Avenue, Ashtabula, OH 44004. Envelopes will also be at the funeral home.
