Not sure what to say?

Ellen and I graduated from Daemen together and had many classes together. She is an amazing person and the special education world has lost one of it's biggest advocates. I am sorry this is so late, I only just found out when I received my "Daemen Today" magazine in the mail. My thought and prayers are with you. God Speed.

Lauri and family, My prayes are with each of you throughout this sad time. I think of you often. God bless.

Ellen, thanks so much for sharing your knowledge and experience with me. I continue to read the posts you made concerning educating students with disabilities and they have helped me immensely. It's amazing to think that your wisdom is continuing to positively touch the lives of students even today. Thank you!

I worked with Ellen at CDS. She was the behavior specialist at the house that I worked at. I am sorry this is so late but I just found out about her passing. My condolences go out to her family.

Ellen was one of the most amazing people I have ever known. We grew up together at Klem South, through Girl Scouts, Middle and High School. The summers I spent with Kate and Ellen at their house swimming and watching the facts of life will always be some of my fondest memories. She was an amazing person, friend, teacher... she will always be loved, but never forgotten.

My thoughts and prayers are with your family at this time. She was a great person to "chat" with online and had excellent ideas for us all. She will be missed.

Ellen and her loved ones will be in my thoughts and prayers.

I am very sorry for your loss. I had the honor of working with Ellen at SECEP. It was my first year in the education field and she taught me so many things that I will never forget. She became a very dear friend to me over the last 2 years. I will miss her so much. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

I always enjoyed reading Ellen's posts on the A to Z website. She will be missed by all of us there. I pray that you can find comfort during this difficult time.
