Not sure what to say?

Aunt Lou was a trooper. So sad to learn of her passing. We - the Ralph Brown kids and Mom- Barbara-> David, Tom, Clint, Betsy- Bob was still a twinkle) travelled with her and Mike and Sherrie from Ft Worth, Texas to Virginia and West Virginia in 1957. Highlights included popping a tire on our red Studebaker station wagon, me falling out of a tree and breaking my arm in Alabama and arriving in Roanoke VA to be welcomed by Uncle Ed and Aunt Jane and Ginko the Lollipop cat! Dear Shari, I am sorry to hear that your mother has died. She was my supervisor while I was working at the library during graduate school, and was always kind to me. I know she will be missed.

Sharon and Mike: Your Mom was such a gift. I don't believe I've ever met someone as full of life as she was. One thing I'll always be able to say about Lou, is that she was a woman that REALLY lived. My heart breaks for both of you and the extended family for this terrible loss.
My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

To the Aulds Family-
How I remember Ms. Aulds (I called her Ms. Lou) She was my supervisor in the media center at the campus library at Miami University while I was a graduate student there. She was such a focused person, and did all she could to help us even outside of our work. Lou enjoyed a good laugh and was a stickler for promptness. I learned so much from her during that year in grad school at Oxford. God bless you both in the loss of your mother.
