To The Caffrey Family, Over 50 years ago my family moved to Auburn and my mother developed a wonderful friend in Nellie Caffrey. I have always kept close to my heart the wonderful memories of growing up in Auburn, and the love shared between the Caffrey and Henderson families. Mrs. "C" was always so gracious and filled with the love of life. Her laugh was contagious, and one of a kind. She was one of the prestigious "directors" of the Letchworth Street Follies, a participant in numerous tent-making events, and truly, one of my stomach's highlights... the chef of the best sauerkraut in Auburn, I'm sure.
