pat, i was so sorry to hear about ellen, when my dear sister died afew years ago ellen came to the funural home and that meant a lot to me. being a cancer survivor myself i would always ask about her thru the years hoping i would hear the good news that she had beat it. a star will shine brighter because god has chosen a wonderful lady to come to him. my best always to you and ellens family, Edna

I has been a privilege to know Ellen, as well as her mother & father.

I am saddened by the passing of Ellen and I pray for comfort for her family as this difficult time. I remember Ellen from my childhood, when we lived on the same street in Jeffersontown, and I played at her house with her sister, Anne. When she became a judge, I remember the glowing compliments about her from my dad, James A. Hubbs, who practiced family law. It is wonderful to learn that she became such a respected judge and accomplished human being. My condolences to all who will miss her.
