Not sure what to say?

Dear Sara,
I did not, but feel as though I did know your Mom, through our many talks at Sears and my now experience with Shingles.
I wish I could be with you today, but know I am in heart. We are going to see our newest great grandchild whose mom needs our support. She was born two days ago, so you might say this day is a double 'celebration of life'. May God be with you, Sara and the angels take Mom to be with Him.
Love, Sheila

I only spent a few moments with Craig's grandmother from time to time at various family gatherings, but I always enjoyed talking to her. What I personally noticed the most while visiting Ellen during these last quiet years was her acceptance of gradually having to give up various skills in her activities as a musician. She was filled to overflowing with memories of friendships, and we shared memories of her Owen and of my husband. George. Ellen was most certainly a multi-faceted, shining person of many accomplishments.
