I first met Ellen in 1980 and we connected from the beginning. She was my second mother and a good and trusted friend. We will always be 'best friends'.

She was so wonderful! Just her name brings a smile to my face. I remember eating more dinner at the Snoke House than at my own for at least a year (she was a great cook!). A wagon full of teenage girls on our way to Lakeside for Church Camp with Ellen in the driver's seat. So many memories of her. I loved each and every one of those Snokes and still do!
