Allie and Lizzie here wanting to pass on our thanks to Ellen and her family for filling our 13 years with love, attention and care. We will miss sitting and playing with Ellen but we will be well cared for in Wheatland. We purr peacefully knowing that our friend has moved to a better place and she is free of her pain. I am a former high school classmate of Ellen's. I last saw her at a high school reunion in 2004. At the time she seemed to be happy to be with us once more, since she knew she was ill at the time.
I think I can speak for many of her classmates that we have good memories of Ellen. And accoridng to this bio she had a very interesting life and many friends. So sad to lose her so soon.

I knew Ellen back in high school in Mundelein, IL. We lost touch for years and finally reconnected just over a year ago. We became good friends via email, and I will miss the little notes she would send...some quite sad, some very happy and funny. I loved you Ellen, and I miss you?
