She was an avid walker and a lifelong learner. Ellen had cats her whole life all of which she doted on. Not sure what to say?

I remember the dollhouse she made for Lexi- so special. Ellen´s love and support of libraries reflects such a calling. I know in her lifetime she traveled to so many. I am thinking of her family and loved ones during this time.

Thank you for sharing with those of us in StPaul who remember Ellen so fondly. Ellen shared her love of books in my third grade classroom for many years. She shared many wondrful stories that she brought to life with additional props, pictures and avid discussions. This world lost a truly remarkable woman. Thank you Ellen! I missed you when you moved back east, and I will continue to miss you as I fill little free libraries in your honor!

We were so sorry to hear of Ellen's passing.

Offering our deepest condolences at this difficult time.
