Not sure what to say?

Dear Kathy, Brian, Tim, family and friends. We are so sorry for you great loss of your sweet Mom. We too just learned of your mom's passing. What an amazing obituary, how special both of your parents were. And to be in Wildwood Cemetary is so special. We were so happy to know them over the years with sweet Miss Molly. Please accept our deepest condolences. With love, Denise and Jay

Fond memories as a neighbor of Ellen and her white scotties and her family. She was an exemplary citizen and will be deeply missed by her family and her community.

Dear Melley Family, Your mom and dad were integral parts of our Cursillo journey. We were so sorry to have missed attending her Mass of Christian Burial as we learned too late of her passing. She will be remembered in a special Mass we will have said for her. Whenever we were out and about in Amherst, we often ran into each other. Her intelligence, her joy, and her commitment to her Catholic faith were an inspiration for us.

We barged into Ellen and Dan´s life when we moved into the house right next door. They became dear friends to us and surrogate grandparents for our four children. Their wisdom, faith and humor guided us through many roller coaster moments of life. Although tears flow as we recollect so many memories, my heart is happy picturing them together again. Love and hugs to Tim, Brian and Kathy. Love, Kelly and Steve

Ellen was a wonderful person. I have known her since the 1960's. My cousin Sheila McCormick Coy was a Chi O classmate and my brother Robert was in Dan's class. Dan and Ellen were so supportive of our work at the Elms College. Now they are together again. Kathleen Reagan, SSJ

Sending heartfelt condolences, wish we were there to help at this difficult time as you remember a one-of-a-kind mom and person. With all love, Tommy and Suzanne
