Not sure what to say?

Nelle,

I am a better person, better wife, better mother because of you. The years I spent at your house left the greatest impression of me. I always tell my kids that I want us to have a open door policy and be ""the cool mom" just like you.

Much love to you and your family.

My sincere sympathy to the family of Ellen (Hewitt) Moore. Pat (Fryday) Staffieri, Class of '63.

So sorry for the loss of Ellen. She was one of God's gifts to her family. A truly special person who could lift the spirits of anyone. Love and happiness to your soul Ellen. The Lord has taken another angel home.

Mrs. Martha's Mom I will miss you. I spent my childhood at your home. Sleepovers EVERY weekend, how did you not get sick of me. Up late snacking and talking. So many times I came to you and confided all my teenage angst to you and you always listened and gave advice and never passed judgment or became impatient with my ramblings. I thought it was the coolest that your were a die hard Flyers fan, and an exceptional Burgertime player. Growing up you were a huge part of my life and I know you...

Ellen was one of my best friends. HER WHOLE LIFE WAS HER FAMILY. She was always happy, especially talking about her family. we will all miss her very much. My prayers and thoughts are with all of HER FAMILY. LOVE BETH SHAPIRO (Friedman)

Bob and family, Kelly and I are so sorry to learn of Ellen's passing. I thought alot of her, we shared quite a few conversations and laugh's together over the years. May the love of God, family and friends comfort you and give you strength. If we can do anything for any of you, please just let us know. We love you.

The Moore family was an intregal part of my childhood, Ellen especially. When I think of my preteen years, I think of sitting at her kitchen table with her and Tara and Martha. She would do her puzzles while we ran our mouths and ate all her food. I think of how she always surprised us during sleepovers with her "snack trays" and her ability to keep us in line, but still laugh at us. She was a "cool mom".

I wish I knew what to say that could make you feel a little better, but I know...

To the whole Moore and Hewitt family, we send our condolences. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Keep her memories close to your heart and may God be with you and comfort you and give you peace. She will be missed.
