Read MoreI didn´t know Ellen well, other than as one athlete to another. Ellen was a yoga ROCK STAR in our classes at Lowcountry Yoga. She was so solid and strong. When we were asked to look at a drishti - a focal point to look at and concentrate on for balance poses - she was always my Drishti. She was ROCK SOLID and I already miss her smile, her sense of humor and her friendship.
