Ellen's amazing spirit and incredible strength was such an inspiration to our family and the Caledonia community. She will be missed but will continue to "Live Wild " in our hearts!

Every memory I have of Ellen over the last 45+ years have a common theme - huge smiles and deep laughter . . . and she did both with her entire body and spirit. My condolences and love to the Walters and Wilder families.

My heart aches for you. In reading Ellen's obituary I was once again reminded of her smile, laugh, and positive outlook. She was such a help to me, helping me with Tom's illness and death. My heart goes out to each of you as Ellen's long and hard fought battle has ended and she at long last is free of pain and now healthy. She and your family has been such an great example to our community. Ellen touched so many people in Caledonia with all her personality and service and will be missed for years to come.

When I think of Ellen, what comes to mind is her smile and her laugh - both will be sadly missed. Our deepest condolences to the entire family.

Years ago, when we moved to Caledonia, Ellen was one of the first people I met at Kettle Lake. I am grateful to have known Ellen. She was so caring and very passionate, with a true heart for Jesus, and through her, many good works were accomplished. Ellen has a special place in many hearts and will always be remembered.
