We cannot all do great things but we can do small things with great love
-Mother Teresa-

Dear Little Miss Kira, Little Miss Rissa, Master Thomas, Miss Annette and Reid, All of you are in my thoughts and prayers during this time of great sadness and sorrow! I would love to share a poem with you:
Don't mourn for me my gentle friend; our ties have not been broken. Don't weep for me; don't rue my end, leave bitter words unspoken. I see, I feel, I hear you, though earthly flight be stilled...And on some bright and blessed day, we'll meet on yondered hill (rgh 9/2/99) MAY SHE BE...

SPC Stanley, I was so saddened to hear of Ellicia's death as I know the void she left in your hearts will be deeply felt. From all I have heard and read she was an exceptional lady, but you Spc Stanley...you were her cheerleader and she was blessed to have such a great guy to stand by her side through the good times and the tough times. Thank you for your service to your country and thank you for being the guy you were to your wife and the great example you will continue to be to your...

I am so sorry for your loss. I never had the opportunity to meet your lovely wife, but I understand she had great strength and determination. May that reflection of her heart and spirit always be with you and your children. You have the thoughts and prayers from fellow 412th ASB families all around you. Ellicia made quite an impact.
With much sympathy, Scott and Amy Luekenga

I am so very sorry for your loss. You have been in my prayers and I continue to pray that you will find comfort in our Lord Jesus Christ. My heart goes out to you, and I pray for the best for you and your beautiful children.

Reid, I pray for comfort for you and your family in this time of loss. I was truly saddened by the news of the loss of the love of your life. Norma and my thoughts will be of the happy moments with you and your family.

Reid,
We should all be so lucky to have someone who will never let us go.
There was never a time that we weren't smiling around Ellicia. We remember how her eyes would light up every time she laughed.
Because of her courage and strength we will miss her all the more.

I am sorry, you do not know me, but I came across your blog several weeks ago, I am very very sorry for the loss of your wife, and to your children, their mother...I will pray for you and your family, I lost an aunt to cancer. Your wife has peace now.

Reid, I only wish we could have done more to keep your angel around longer. My heart is broken when I think of those babies. You know you will always be in our hearts. You and the kids have become an extention of our family and we will always be here for you all. We will keep her memory alive in our hearts and never let her children go on one day not knowing what a remarkable mother they had..She was the strongest woman I know...They will never forget that..I promise. Love Always
