Not sure what to say?

Dear Howe Family,

What a wonderful man and church leader, President Howe. My experience in the Texas Mission is so dear to me because of the wonderful example that you have given me. I had the priviledge of living in the mission home for a while. Your lives have touched me. My mission experience has been lasting, and when I think of it, it seems as it was only a short time ago that we served together.

Carol and I share the testimony that God is our Heavenly Father and...

Dear Brother and Siter Howe,

I do understand how painful it is to say farewell to a beloved parent, especially one so well respected. Doesn't make any difference the age of the parent or the child when the passing occurs, it hurts and only faith in our Heavenly Father and the love of family and friends get us through. Your dad sounds like a wonderful and fun individual; no wonder you are so amazing in all that you can do; you had a great teacher and exemplar. Just know that...

I have no need to tell any of you that
Elliot Howe was one of the greatest men to walk the earth. He was my mission president. He served the Lord and his family and his fellow man with all his heart and soul. It is no surprise that he lost his life on his way to the Church since he was always going about the work of his Father in Heaven. He was as solid as they come. He had a heart of gold - always ecstatic to see anyone come to visit. Their door was always open and you were always...

Dear Howe Family,
Words can't express my admiration for Uncle Elliot. He has always been the example of the pure love of Christ. I will always consider him my "favorite" uncle. He and Aunt Maralyn have always treated me with love and kindness. Thank you all for such great examples.

Dear Howe Family:
We are sorry to hearing of the passing of your family. We remember with great love of your family. They had opened their home to our family for wedding receptions while he was the mission president in Dallas. I remember spending time at the mission home and with the missionaries. Our thoughts and prayers are with your family at this time.

Dear Howe Family,
I extend my sympathy and condolences to you all at the passing of your husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. May each of you find peace and comfort in the knowledge that "family are eternal" because of the grace and mercy of our Savior and Redeemer.

Alan, I'm sorry that such an exemplary man died in such a sudden, awful way. Fairness is never part of the equation.
You and your family are in our hearts and we hope the peace of God, which your dad now knows in it's fullness, will soon comfort each of you.

Susan and Family,
We extend our love and condolences to you and your family. We feel certain that the years you have spent with your father and the assurance of being with him again will be a comfort and a blessing to you all. Our love and prayers are with you.

Thank you Howe Family for sharing your Father while in Texas as Mission President. He was a true giant in so many ways, but also taught humility and love as no one but the Savior could. Thank you, Pres Howe will live forever as the fine example he has been.
