Read MoreI worked with Elliot at the Greater San Antonio Chamber of Commerce in the 1980s. He was always, always a positive guy full of jokes who made people lighten up. But he was a great manager and knew how to instill confidence and lift people's spirits. What a good man. He will be missed by many but remembered and inspired by many more.
