Dear JoAn,
Numerous tears when Elliot's passing was announced at the Chapter Forum, CCUL. Amazing how many wonderful gifts some people bring to this world. Thankful for our paths having crossed.

I did not know Mr. Blackstone personally, but admired his work when I learned about him in the documentary "Screaming Queens".
Mr. Blackstone's efforts were courageous and ahead of the times. A man to be remembered and admired.
I would like to express my sympathy to the family of a great man.

I am sorry Elliot Blackstone passed. He was a friend of the Transgender community, and his work will never be forgotten. We will all miss him.

Dear JoAn,
I was so sorry to read about Elliott's passing. I missed you two at the SF Fire Credit Union Breakfast last year.
The Blackstone's were such fun neighbors on Hazelwood. The 3 Blackstones and the 4 Donaldson kids along with all the other neighbor kids had great time.
I'll see you at the memorial on Saturday and keep you in my prayers.
Best Regards,
Marge
