Not sure what to say?

Mere - I have just learned of Elliot's death, and I am deeply saddened by the news of your - and our - loss. Memories of our years together as housemates in Ann Arbor and the too few times we were able to see each other in later years have come flooding back and have joined my tears. He was one of the treasures of my life, and he will live on in my memory. Barbara and I send our heartfelt condolences to you and your family.

Eppie has done it again! In his own way, he has brought people in closer touch with others, and perhaps with themselves.

Brandeis Classmate Vicki Schildkraut Mazel

It is said that birth is a beginning, and death a destination, and life is the journey in between...given that is true, then Eppie had a joyful journey, and he made everyone along the way smile and feel good! He was a great classmate, and a good friend.

OUR RELATIONSHIP STARTED ON A BUSINESS LEVEL WHICH EVOLVED INTO A CLOSE FRIERNDSHIP. HE WILL BE DEEPLY MISSED.

Friends of our youth will be with us forever. Heartfelt condolences to Elliot's wife and family.

Dear Mere -
I was so sorry to hear about Elliott and I wanted to express my sincere sadness in learning about his illness and passing - my warmest thoughts are with you and the girls - Evelyne Goodman

A trusted advisor, a confidant, a very dear friend. A good, honest and generous man. Will be so very much missed.

I worked with Elliott in 1973-1976 in Jericho. He was a wonderful mentor for a young lawyer and I will never forget his kindness to me. Mere, your children were young but he adored you and them After he moved to NYc I only saw him once but he was the same great guy. I will soon retire. Please accept my sincerest sympathy for OUR loss. Dan Mooney

We went back a long way with Jerry, Barry, David and Audrey and your passing is difficult for all of us; you will be very much missed by this group that has endured these 53 1/2 years.
