Ellis was truly an example of our Savior's love shining thru him. He was more our brother than brother-in-law. Will always remember our fun times playing Mexican Dominoes and Tile Rummy. Our trip to Disneyland with our kids, they wanted to be with Ellis & Betty more than us. Howard said his Obituary was a tribute to the wonderful man he was. We will also have him with us by his spirit and look forward to that time we will meet again in heaven.

Uncle Ellis, you have been truly the best example one could follow to know Jesus. You always made sure it was the right thing to do. As I watch how you and Aunt Betty's relationship was I would try to incorporate your example it into my own marriage. Our love and prayers are extended to the entire McRoberts family. We treasured our friendship with Ellis and will have fond memories of our visits with him and Betty. He was a devoted Christian and a very caring and loving man. Christ's countenance radiated from his smile. He had that special way of making everyone comfortable with whom he came in contact.
