Reading these kind words about my dad has truly comforted me during this time. I am so overwhelmed with appreciation at all the family and friend who have reached out. He was the greatest dad a person could ask for.

Our prayers and deepest expressions of sympathy are extended to the entire Moseley family. Continue to cherish the memories of Ray and be encouraged that he helped all of us realize the beauty of friendship.

I've known and loved Ray since I was 5, 23 years ago. Stephan and I used to play in the gutters after the rain. Ray always treated me as one of his own children. He encouraged me artistically and emotionally throughout my life. He was always the light in the darkness. I was lucky enough to know and love him and to be with him those final days. I even got to meet Emmanuel. I truley miss him. My love and thoughts to his family.

May God's comfort, blessings and guidance be with all of Ray's family and friends. You will all be in my thoughts and prayers. - Clifton Gooding (Franklin, WI)

We the Howard Family (Carver Courts)is saddened to hear about the loss of Ray. We will keep you in our prayers and thoughts, only God can give us the strength to face each new day, and He will. I talk with Ray several times and he was always upbeat and coming along okay, he will be missed. To Ray's father, I saw you at Emanuel Church in 2010 and took photos of you and your sons, you then asked me about my brothers, Bud and Pete, do you remember? Pete and Ray were in the same class of 1964...

Mr. Joe and Mrs. Mamie, Earl and Bobby; it saddens me to hear of Ray's passing. I send my thoughts and prayers to all of the Moseley family.

William and Robert you're in my thoughts every step of the way.A friend who cares.
I'm sorry for your loss
