Dr. Ellsworth James Cundiff Jr.

Saddened to learn of his passing. Great man and educator. His kind demeanor was an ideal trait for training young dentist to understand and identify oral pathology. What a gift he was to each of us that knew him. What a service to his profession and to mankind.

I worked at Goff´s on Greenville and Lovers Lane and Dr. Cundiff was a regular customer who became a good friend. He encouraged me to get into dental school and I loved him as a teacher and for years after graduating. What a kind man and example of goodness. God bless his family. You will see him again and share eternal love.

To the family: I am so very sorry for your loss. While I did not know Dr. Cundiff, I have reason to believe he was well acquainted with my father, Dr. S. Miles Standish, who was head of the Oral Pathology Department at Indiana University School of Dentistry where Dr. Cundiff received training.
