I would see Mr. Bochino every evening on my way home from the express bus. He would be sitting on the steps enjoying the evening air. I was always greated with a warm smile, a friendly hello and a lovely quick chat! I looked forward to seeing him and I would miss him when the weather didn't permit him to sit outside. I am thankful for our brief friendship and I will miss seeing him. Rest in peace Mr. Bochino.....Your Falcon Ave friend!

Elmer was our neighbor for a few years and he was always a friendly, respectable guy and I loved sitting on the stoop talking to him!

I was a patient in the hospital and my room mate was e Elmers late brother in law whom e Elmer visited daily and he never failed to bring me my favorite Ice Cream even tho I was a stranger to him ! Great guy ! The world needs more Elmers
