Elmer passed away on Wednesday, December 30, 2015. Elmer was a resident of Bridgeton, New Jersey at the time of his passing. He was a 1953 graduate of Bridgeton High School and had attended the Philadelphia College of Bible. He was married to Dorothy. At Mr. Briggsâ request no services will be held. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions are requested to Inspira Health â HospiceCare 1138 E. Chestnut Ave. 3B Vineland NJ 08360 or to the charity of oneâs choice.

Mr Briggs I did not know you but a post on Facebook came across my timeline today that lead me here. I know your journey has been very long but thankfully you have been reunited with your family.
