Not sure what to say?

Our thoughts are with the family on your loss. I was stationed at McConnell AFB as a Titan II officer on my first assignment when he was the Vice Commander and Commander of the 381st SMW. My wife and I remember him as a caring individual. We also remember him also as a caring individual as he met with us and a "little brother" we were helping as part of the Big Brother Program

Dearest Kathy,

As you know, your Elmer was the best brother-in-law one could ask for. He was a good man; kind and gentle. A wonderful husband, father and grandfather. He was honorable man in the United State Air Force. Making a way for those who will follow in his footsteps. My sincere love and condolences to you, my Sister Kathy and all the family. May the peace and love of God hold you close. And may you smile as you remember and cherish each beautiful memory. We had some...

My family and I were very blessed to know General Brooks as a church member and the father of my friend Karen. Randy and I will forever be grateful for the model he gave all of us, especially our sons showing what true leadership looks like. General Brooks showed us what is possible when you allow God to direct your path. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Deaconess Brooks, Karen and the entire Brooks family.

Dad Brooks was a loving wonderful, humble father.
He played a role of a father and grand- daddy to me my husband Elie and our four beautiful children Joy, Joel, Jolie & Joshua.
We will greatly miss him.
May his soul rest in peace with the Lord Jesus.❤❤❤❤❤❤
Deepest condolences to mom Brooks, Karen,Victor,Eric and the rest of the Brooks family.
May the Lord comfort you all in Jesus's name. AMEN!!!

Dear Karen:
