Elmer James Gatz

I worked with Elmer in the 1980's. My desk was right next to his. Elmer was one of those people that brightened everybody's day. He was a hard worker and very knowledgeable. Such a caring, positive human being. I picture him in heaven visiting with his buddies and family, always with a warm, wonderful smile. God Bless you Elmer.

He was a wonderful uncle and was so much fun being around. From as long as I can remember he was around whenever we were in McPherson, Wichita, or when his ship came in from when he was in the Navy when we were in California. His laugh, sense of humor when he was around Fritz, and my mom (Avice) was catchy. Bless Grandma and Grandpa Gatz they had their hands full for sure with those 3. Never s dull moment. He will always be in my heart.

I enjoyed knowing Elmer while at Boeing. He had a great sense of humor and made the workplace so much more fun. I know he'll be missed.
