Rest in Peace, My old friend. I remember making Chili (hot) for you and Albert I. My prayers for you and your family.

Bill was such a warm cheerful person and the epitome of a "southern" (Santa Barbara) gentleman. He will be missed so much by so many. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family.

Bill, You were the shining light for all who had the privilage of receiving your welcoming wave as they past through the entrance gate to UCSB. They received more from you when they stopped to get directions or a permit and witnessed your handsome smile and welcoming spirit. You will always be missed and cherished by all who knew you. I will never forget how you taught us to appreciate every day, and especially the sunrise. Until we meet again.....Traci Kellogg

Bill was such a gentleman. My husband Jim played many years with Bill on softball teams and enjoyed him so much. He was loved by all, Men, Women and children. Rest in Peace Bill. You will never be forgotten.

I remember Bill when he and my dad used to play baseball together! He was such a lovely man. Now he and my dad can pick up that old ball together again upstairs.
