Uncle Elmer was the great uncle of my dad James Wyatt Smith. Uncle was very funny and always made us laugh. funny saying "I got a nose that knows" And "you want a coca-cola and some candy" Me and my family will always remember your strong spirit. You will be missed and never forgotten by us.Love Heather, Pedro, Marqus and Kassandra Cesar

p.s. The fish are bitting in maine.

Elmer Matthews was my great Uncle. He was my father, Calvin Branscomb's Uncle. He was my grandmother, Alpha Lee Matthew Branscomb's brother.

Granny told me many stories over the years about Uncle Elmer and it was an honor to meet him as a child.

He was loved and admired by all who knew him. I would like to extend my sincere sympathies to the immediate family.

Sincerely,
Carol Branscomb Sawyer

My mother, Alpha Lee Matthews Branscomb,I remember her telling lots of friends, that she had carried Uncle Elmer around on her hip, when he was a baby.
Uncle Elmer was loved by everyone and will be missed and never forgotten.
